Terms of Service

Pressiwash is a marketplace that connects clients who post pressure-washing jobs with independent businesses ("Pros") who bid on them. We are a neutral platform: we do not perform cleaning services, employ Pros, or act as a party to any agreement reached between a client and a Pro.

Any contract for services is solely between the client and the Pro. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any job, nor for any payment arranged directly between a client and a Pro.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Pros are responsible for holding any licenses, insurance, and permits required to perform the services they offer.

Posting jobs and hiring is free for clients. Pros may subscribe to a paid plan that grants a monthly allowance of bids and additional features. Subscription pricing is shown at checkout and billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Clients do not pay Pros through the Service, and we do not process or hold payment for cleaning work. We only charge Pros their subscription fee. Bid allowances reset each calendar month and do not roll over; withdrawn bids still consume the allowance for that month.

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk to other users.

You retain ownership of content you submit (job details, photos, messages, reviews) and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to share it.

Reviews must reflect genuine, first-hand experience. We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access where necessary to protect the Service or comply with law.
