- Is it really free for clients?
- Yes. Posting a job, receiving bids, messaging pros, and hiring are always free for clients. We only charge pressure-washing businesses a subscription.
- What counts as a bid?
- Each quote you send on a job uses one bid from your monthly allowance. Withdrawn bids still count for that month, so bid deliberately.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Anytime, from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current period.
- Do email job alerts come with every plan?
- Matched-job email alerts are included on Pro and Unlimited. The Free plan still gets in-app notifications for every matched job.
