Refund Policy

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select (for example, monthly). You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial periods or unused bid allowances. If you believe you were charged in error, or where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, contact us and we will make it right.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
