Privacy Policy

Account data (name, email, and, for Pros, business details and service areas). Job data you post (descriptions, approximate location, photos). Messages and reviews you exchange. Subscription and billing metadata handled by our payment processor.

Technical data such as device and usage information, and — only with your consent — analytics and advertising identifiers.

To operate the marketplace: matching jobs to Pros, delivering notifications, enabling messaging and reviews, and processing subscriptions. To secure the Service and prevent abuse. To improve the product and, with consent, measure marketing.

Job and profile information is shared between clients and matched Pros as needed to make the marketplace work. We use service providers (hosting, database, email, payments, analytics) who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal data.

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Service, and analytics and advertising cookies to understand usage and measure marketing. How these load depends on your location: where the law requires consent (for example, the EU, EEA, and UK) they load only after you opt in via our consent banner; where consent is not required (for example, the United States) they are enabled by default and you can opt out at any time. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
